Come to the Griffith Field House and get fit by taking advantage of the free fitness classes that are open to all eligible ID cardholders. Classes are scheduled for Monday through Friday at lunchtime and in the evenings with a Saturday Zumba class from 9:30 to 10:30am. For military only, Dr. Neal provides a Fit to Fight class on Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30am. For the eligible retirees, RIM (Retirees in Motion) is offered on Tuesdays from 9:30 to 10:00am.
Classes offered include: Zumba, Mind & Body Yoga, Pilates Fusion, Step & Sculpt, Spinning, Circuit Training, Total Toning, and Turbo Kick. There’s a class for all fitness levels, check out the class schedule to find the class that’s right for you or try something new. Get moving with JB MDL fitness programs and give it your best shot!
