There’s a class for all fitness levels and all JB MDL ID cardholders are welcome to take part in these classes that are offered to help improve your overall health and wellness.
- Boot Camp: A combination of kickboxing, calisthenics, drills, plyometrics and abdominal exercises and resistance training.
- Cardio Kickboxing: Hi/Low impact cardio class that includes defensive moves and basic punches and kicks choreographed to music. This class is challenging but suitable for all fitness levels.
- Cardio Mix: Mix it up with this class that rotates between cycle, step and Cardio Kickboxing.
- Cycling: All fitness levels can take part in the “Rides” which offer stationary cycling to music with high intensity and strength training intervals that target the lower muscle groups.
- Step: Hi/Low impact cardio routine using a variable step bench. Step classes allow you to modify the intensity to suit your personal fitness level and help you achieve your cardio goals.
- Pilates and Pilates with Yoga: Bring a mat and get set to do some abdominal work, dynamic stretching, ad and core stabilization and breathing. The Pilates with Yoga class adds fifteen minutes of yoga and floor stretches. Great for all fitness levels.
- Power Pump: This toning and sculpting class uses weights and resistance bands to tone and sculpt.
- Kickbox Interval: Combine cardio kick boxing along with intervals of strength training, drills and calisthenics. Kick up the heat and your cardio intensity level with this challenging and strengthening class.
