The WFRC incorporates the Airman and Family Readiness Center, Army Community Service and Fleet & Family Support Center.

The WFRC covers a wide scope of programs that includes:
Military Family Action Plan: One of the Army’s principal programs to ensure that standards of living in the military keep peace with the changing times of Joint Basing.
Military Family Team Building: Enriches the lives of military families through training, personal development, and community service opportunities.
Military Volunteer Corps Program: Volunteers support the military and family members and enriches their life and lives of others. Volunteer opportunities are available throughout the installation.
Transition Assistance Program: The TAP provides information, guidance, and assistance to help service members and families meet the challenges of transitioning after military service. This includes pre-separation counseling, TAP seminars and transition workshops, veteran’s benefits, resume assistance, TurboTAP.org, health benefits, job search, information and referral.
Relocation Readiness Program: This program provides information, guidance and assistance to help service and family members meet the challenges of the mobile military lifestyle. This includes pre-arrival incoming support and counseling, pre-departure support and counseling, Plan My Move (PMM) provides specific automated information on all installations world wide, briefings and workshops for parents and kids, lending closet, installation welcome packets, newcomers orientation, Joint Base 101 Seminar, overseas orientation, support for bi-cultural families, English as a Second Language – International Spouses Group, Sponsorship Training, Information and Referral, Outreach support, crisis intervention and emergency assistance, home visits, annual Family Fun Fest, special programs and support.
Citizenship and Immigration Services: Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) liaison assistance is provided to families seeking guidance for the citizenship and residency application process including naturalization, permanent resident cards, work permits and fiance/spouse Visas.
Family Readiness Program: Military spouse, Hearts Apart, Ombudsman Support and Training and Deployment Support
Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) – EFMP is a mandatory enrollment program that works with other military and civilian agencies to provide comprehensive and coordinated community support, housing, educational, medical and personnel services to families with special needs (child or adult). Any physical, emotional, developmental or intellectual disorder that requires special treatment warrants enrollment. Services include – Family Support Services and Crisis Intervention, Medical and Educational Information and Referral, Relocation Assistance, Advocacy: Services, accessibility and housing, support groups, respite information, recreational and cultural activities, EFMP Coordinating Committee and EFMP overseas screening.
Employment Readiness/Career Focus: Job search assistance, training opportunities, volunteer opportunities, employment counseling, resume assistance, computer/Internet lab, career and business seminars, education financial aid and assessment.
Family Life Education: Couples communication seminar, Singles with Kids Parent Network and Heartlink
Financial Readiness Programs: The Financial Readiness Program assists service and family members in improving their personal financial status and their ability to perform as an informed consumer. Additionally, the Financial Readiness Program assists service and family members with improving their credit reliability, reducing indebtedness and making their money work for them. Services available include: Consumer Rights and Education, Complain/Resolution, Home Buying/Selling, Individual Counseling, Investment Resources, Resource Library, Training Classes, Budgeting, Credit Debt Management, food pantry and retirement planning.
School Liaison Office (SLO): The School Liaison Specialists work in partnership with local school districts. Services include: Educate parents on the local school system policies, procedures, programs and schedules. Coordinates education transition resources and points of contact in the school system and community. Assist home school families with information and local resources.
Solider and Family Assistance Center (SFAC): The SFAC is a one-stop resource shop for services that partner with the Warrior Training Unit (WTU) as a friendly supportive team dedicated to encouraging self-development, wellness and to meet the unique needs of the WT’s and their families. Below are some of the services provided by the SFAC: Financial counseling and consumer affairs, human resources, Army Continuing Education Services, Information and Referral, Employment and Army Career Alumni Program (ACAP) Services and Social Services.
Emergency Relief Services: Provides emergency financial assistance to active duty service members, retirees, National Guard and Reserve Component on active duty for over thirty consecutive days and their family members with ID card and power of attorney.
