Fishing Contest 2012

The JB MDL Rod and Gun Club announces the 2012 Fishing Contest. Minimum weights and lengths of fish to enter: Bass 3 lbs, Blue 10 lbs, Striper 15 lbs, Fluke 3 lbs, Pickerel 21” and Trout 18”. The length is measured from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail. Entries must meet minimum requirements to be eligible for prizes. Fish must be entered within 24 hours – no frozen fish. All contestants must be a member in good standing with a current JB MDL Rod and Gun Club Activity Card and 2012 Contest Eligibility Card purchased not less than two days prior to the catch. Contestants may have their fish weighed or measured at any Bait and Tackle Shop using the JB MDL Rod and Gun Club Fishing Contest Entry Form. The entry forms may be reproduced and used or obtained at Range 14. The entry form must be submitted at the Rod and Gun Club, building 9060, Range 14 not later than thirty days after the catch to be eligible for a prize.

Contestants are responsible to – Make one copy of their completed entry before coming to Range 14. Have an Outdoor Recreation staff member sign/date the copy and the original. Submit the original and keep the copy. The earliest entry date wins. All entries must be caught by the contestant in New Jersey. All fish caught/entered must be done legally as prescribed by current NJ Fishing Regulations. All decisions are final. The contest ends December 31, 2012. Good luck!
