Welcome to the child development centers at jb mdl!

CDCs are located at JB MDL McGuire, JB MDL Dix and JB MDL Lakehurst. Center-based care is for children age six weeks to six years and limited hourly care. The CDCs are nationally accredited programs that provide developmentally appropriate programming.

NEW TO JB MDL - MILITARYCHILDCARE.COM (MCC)
Military and DOD civilian families can now search for child and youth care options through a single website! MilitaryChildCare.com provides comprehensive information on child care programs worldwide. Families can search for the care they need and submit a request for care anytime, anywhere. This website replaces the waitlist process at Child Development Centers, Youth Programs and Family Child Care.  For questions/support, call 855.696.2934.  
FAMILIES ON AN EXISTING WAITLIST:
If you are a family on a current waitlist, your existing requests will be transferred to MCC for you. You will receive an email with instructions to login and create an account so that you can access your requests.
FAMILIES NOT ON AN EXISTING WAITLIST:
If you are not on an existing waitlist, you may create an account on MCC at any time.
Just follow the four simple steps below:
Create an Account: Go to MilitaryChildCare.com to create an account containing information about your family, or login using an existing username and password.
Search and Request Care: Search the system for the child care options that best fit your needs and submit your requests for care.
Manage Requests: You can manage your requests for care from anywhere in the world. 
Update Profile: Keep your My Profile page up-to-date with important information.

Provides full day, part day preschool am and pm sessions for children 3-5 years old, and before and after school care for Kindergarten-age children.

Meet the Military and Family Life Consultant at CDC II

McGuire CDC II located at Bldg. 2414 on Tuskegee Airmen Avenue offers opportunities for parents to meet the Child and Youth Behavioral Military and Family Life Consultant (MFLC) in the Center’s lobby from 4pm to 5pm on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month.

All parents are welcome. No registration necessary.

JB MDL Dix Child Development Center (CDC)

Provides full day care service and hourly care 9:00am to 2:00pm for children 6 weeks thru 6 years of age.

The JB MDL Dix CDC also offers before and after school care for Kindergarten and 4-year old children attending Pemberton Township schools.

The Abbott preschool program is for 3-year old children (6-hour block free) who live in Pemberton Township, which includes JB MDL Dix Housing area.

Provides full day and daily drop-in hourly care on a space available basis for children 6 weeks to 5 years old.

CDC Training Programs at Dix CDC

A Training and Curriculum Specialist will conduct training for Child and Youth Staff on skill-building for developmentally appropriate interactions with the children and youth in their care.

Developmentally Appropriate Practice

Every Thursday from 2:15 to 3:15 pm at the CDC Multi-purpose room. The Training and Curriculum Specialist will conduct training for Child and Youth Staff on skill-building for developmentally appropriate interactions with the children and youth in their care.

Family Morale Organization/Advisory Forum

Every Tuesday from 4 to 5 pm Family member led forum providing discussion sessions addressing program operations that are performed well and operations that could be performed better, and developing and implementing family member involvement initiatives on a quarterly basis.
