Halvorsen Hall Dining Facility is located in Building 2635 on POW/MIA Boulevard at McGuire. Halvorsen Hall is open to enlisted members, enlisted ESM meal cardholders, enlisted members drawing BAS and enlisted members drawing a meal portion of per diem. Family members and military retirees are invited to enjoy meals on Federal holidays. Pricing is ala carte and every Friday a special ethnic luncheon is served.
Dining Facility Authorized Patrons:
Enlisted: Meal Card Holders, enlisted members receiving BAS, and enlisted members on TDY status receiving a meal portion of per diem.
Officers: Members receiving a meal portion of per diem and the authorization is included in the TDY orders by the orders authorizing official.
Retirees: Federal Holidays including Easter and Air Force Birthday Meal
DoD Civilians: Members receiving a meal portion of per diem and the authorization is included in the TDY orders by the orders authorizing official. **DoD Civilians are NOT authorized to dine on Holidays unless on TDY orders**
