And thank you for giving Child and Youth Program (CYP) staff the opportunity to carry out our mission of service to the JB MDL Community. Child and Youth Programs provide a comprehensive selection of quality child care, resources, support, and structured, out-of-school recreational activities for children and youth 4 weeks to 18 years of age. We believe that quality programming must meet the needs of all children and youth in our community.
CYP Programs and facilities provide warm, happy, safe and healthy places for children and youth. The programs are designed to provide activities and services that are developmental in nature and promote the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, creative and positive character development of each child/youth while responding to the unique needs of military families. Quality, affordability and availability are our primary goals.

All programs are developmental in nature, comparable to the CDC or SAP in a less structured home environment.

Transportation is provided to and from school. Care is provided on early release days and full days off from school. Breakfast, lunch and snack are provided as provided.
