87ABW Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Program
Yellow Belt Class/second Wednesday of each month; Green Belt Class/third Wednesday of each month (a three day class Wed thru Fri), 87FSS MPF Bldg. 2916 Falcon Lane, Room 20.
Yellow Belt is an introduction class and Green Belt provides the training necessary to become a facilitator in CPI events and is the next step to getting a Black Belt.
The 87 FSS Continuous Process Improvement office presents CPI training classes. Do you have a New Year's Resolution to clean up your work center? Do you have an annoying process that you would like to see fixed? Are you tired of the same write-ups in MICT and as hard as you try it just keeps coming back as an annoying repeat write-up? If this is you (and even if it's not and you just want to become an awesome innovator) then we invite you to our CPI Training Classes. Yellow Belt class is one day that teaches the basics on CPI and the Green Belt class is a three day course that will take you through an actual event that you get to bring to class with you! Log in here.
