Participants will learn the skills needed to create a variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts utilizing many common ingredients. Youth will also learn about safety, nutrition, and the proper use of kitchen equipment and tools. Youth must wear closed toe shoes for safety. Ages 9-18 years, Cost: $30, Space is limited.
