DESCRIPTION:The MURPH workout will be offered on Friday 22 May and Saturday\, 23 May. The MURPH is a challenging CrossFit “Hero” workout of the day (WOD) that honors Lieutenant Michael Murphy\, a soldier who died in Afghanistan in 2005. \nThe challenge will consist of a 1-mile run\, 100 pull-ups\, 200 pushups\, 300 squats\, and ending with a 1-mile run. Participants can complete the challenge body weight only\, or a 15lbs vest for men\, a 10lbs vest for women. \nGriffith Field House: 609.562.4888
