Core Fitness Challenge

October 1 thru October 31.
A 30-day Core Challenge to tone and strengthen your core in under a month. You'll be surprised how quickly you can improve your strength and help your running. Muffin tops are only good for breakfast. Say goodbye to your love handles by following this month-long plan that will shape, firm, and strengthen your entire torso with tracked daily fitness tasks. A workout calendar is available at the front desk. Each day you complete all of the tasks for that day, stop at the front desk and register your progress.
