Ready to get off the couch? Join us for a nine-week “get yourself ready for Spring” run program.
Register January 6 thru January 10; Run January 13 thru March 20.
A program will be provided that will guide you through weekly workouts and challenges. This event open to all levels of fitness at no cost.
