DESCRIPTION:The MURPH workout will be offered on Friday 22 May and Saturday\, 23 May. The MURPH is a challenging CrossFit “Hero” workout of the day (WOD) that honors Lieutenant Michael Murphy\, a soldier who died in Afghanistan in 2005. \nThe challenge will consist of a 1-mile run\, 100 pull-ups\, 200 pushups\, 300 squats\, and ending with a 1-mile run.
