For new CYPBMS accounts\, send an email to: 87fss.jbmdl.youthsports@us.af.mil requesting a CYPBMS account and include Sponsor’s First/Last Name. \nThe cost is $50 per youth of all ages. \nYouth must have Sports Physical & Proof of current Flu Shot Record uploaded on your CYPBMS account prior to registration. \nSeason Starts: April- May.
