Annual Family Campout/ Stargazing Evening

Kick off the fall season under the stars! Enjoy an evening of outdoor adventure, family fun, and memorable camping experiences at this exciting Family Campout event.

Outdoor Recreation invites families to experience the joys of camping in a fun and welcoming environment. Activities are planned for all ages and may include an astronomy educational presentation, Dutch oven cooking demonstration, s’mores, arts and crafts, a movie on the lawn, adventures at John Mann Park, and more. Whether experienced campers or first-timers, families will find plenty of opportunities to learn, explore, and enjoy the outdoors together. Camping equipment rentals are available.
