Are you ready to test your mental toughness and physical endurance? Step up and take on the ultimate fitness competition featuring eight intense zones designed to push you to your limits!

🏁 Challenge Format:
Complete each zone, followed by 1 lap around the track before moving on to the next station.

The 8 Zones:

1️⃣ 500m Ski Sprint
2️⃣ 100m Ram Walking Lunges
3️⃣ 500m Row Sprint
4️⃣ 50 Med Ball Slams
5️⃣ 25 Calorie Assault Bike
6️⃣ 100m Farmers Carry
7️⃣ 50 Box Jumps
8️⃣ 100m Sled Drag
