“MURPH” Prep Class

WHERE/LOCATION: Griffith Field House
TIME: 12:00pm-1:00pm & 4:00pm-5:00pm
This class is designed to prep for the Hero WOD the MURPH completed Memorial Day weekend. This will be an ongoing prep class the month leading up to the MURPH event. Come out to as many or as few as you would like. Build the necessary endurance and learn the fundamentals of completing the historic WOD.
