The MURPH

The MURPH workout will be offered on Friday 22 May and Saturday, 23 May. The MURPH is a challenging CrossFit “Hero” workout of the day (WOD) that honors Lieutenant Michael Murphy, a soldier who died in Afghanistan in 2005.
The challenge will consist of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, and ending with a 1-mile run. Participants can complete the challenge body weight only, or a 15lbs vest for men, a 10lbs vest for women.
